This position requires the candidate to be located in Lviv/Lviv region, as the role is primarily remote but involves periodic visits to the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employees’ onboarding process
  • Being the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and procedures in the company
  • Conducting 1-1 meetings with employees and monitoring employees’ satisfaction and potential risks. Create an action plan with the Direct Manager& Head of HR to improve/resolve critical issues for the specialist
  • Actively participate in performance management (organize performance review meetings, moderate and summarize results)
  • Manage the offboarding process
  • Consultancy for management on human resource-related issues, provide guidance and/or resolve complex people-related issues
  • Professional development advising
  • To participate in other HR activities
  • HR Manager takes part in:
  • The development and improvement of HR processes and procedures;
  • Organization of corporate events / activities;
  • Together with the team manager (PM) in organizing and conducting team buildings, according to the needs and the current team state

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience in HR management
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Understanding of the software development sector and the IT market
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • University degree
  • Personal characteristics: responsible, reliable, initiative, pro-active, sociable, result-oriented
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

  • The presence of additional courses and training in the field of organizational psychology, HR management, coaching, etc., will be an advantage
  • Experience in conducting soft skills training will be a plus
