As we anticipate the first snowfall and stock up on Christmas gifts, it’s time to recall this year’s highlights and set goals for the next. Each challenge of 2024 has made us more resilient, and every win has reaffirmed our commitment to continuous growth.
This post is our annual tradition of highlighting Edvantis’ proudest moments in 2024, so grab a large cup of tea!
Customers Focus – the Core Value
Our commitment to customer service is at the heart of every team and process at Edvantis. Such an approach has proven fruitful — our customers show their commitment in return. In 2024, we received a stellar 98% customer satisfaction score.
Many of our clients shared their experiences with Edvantis not just internally but publicly as well. In 2024, we received eight 5-star reviews on Clutch and 16 testimonials on G2. Our clients expressed appreciation for our strong technical skills, efficient communication, fast turnaround time, proactive project management, and reliable code.
This year has become a landmark for several of our long-term partnerships. We’re hitting 18 years of collaboration with TESTCo, 16 years – with ATR, and 14 years – with KPC Labs. Altogether, almost 48% of our clients stay with us for 5+ years and longer.
We’re also pleased to welcome several new clients from the United States and EU, one of whom is an honoree of the Inc. 5000 list!
We recently returned from our business trip to the United States and Europe, and we returned with feedback and insights from our partners.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
It is our people who make our outstanding customer service and consistent results possible. Each Edvantiser contributes to the team’s success; each team leads to the company’s growth.
We ensure each specialist is given excellent conditions to succeed, from a paid healthcare plan and a Mental Health Program to career development opportunities. As a result, our employee net promoter score (eNPS) amounts to 63%.
In 2024, we held the following internal events for the professional and personal development of our specialists: from tech-focused Python learning, Software Technologies for Non-Tech Professionals, and Microservices as Distributed Systems lections to general Embroidery and Easter bouquet master classes. To celebrate people who initiate internal knowledge-sharing, we launched an ambassador program.
Our specialists also win awards in IT community events. For instance, Kyrylo, our Junior ML Engineer, won first place in the Disinformation Detection Challenge. Also, the Edvantis football team advanced to the top of the Lviv IT League.
This year, we caught up with our Polish colleagues in our Rzeszów office, which was an opportunity to foster connections among our long-term specialists and newcomers. By the way, you can keep up with the renewed Edvantis Polska Facebook page for more news!
Also, Roger Sturm, our General Manager at Edvantis GmbH, participated in the Good Morning BSS World podcast hosted by Wiktor Doktór. Roger shared insights about Edvantis, highlights from his career, and a close look at the challenges Ukrainian IT companies are facing today. The episode is an excellent resource for anyone working in the tech community or IT business.
Keeping up with the Industry Events & Opportunities
This year has been rich in international events for Edvantis. They offered us a great opportunity to discover innovations, meet creative people, and showcase our presence on the IT industry map.
We thank our team for setting a record this year and taking part in 9 international events, including HealthTech conferences in Berlin and Tokyo, IT-Trans public transportation exhibitions, and innovation-dedicated Informatica World and Dublin Tech Summit. One of the most notable events was InnoTrans 2024, where Edvantis was part of a Ukrainian delegation, organized in collaboration with Unite Ukraine, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, Diia.Business, and the NAZOVNI international platform.
As part of our contribution to the industry, we also published three blog posts on G2’s Learn Hub, including “An Ultimate Guide to Healthcare Data Integration,” “How Integrated Payments Improve Efficiency and Customer Experience,” and “A 7-Step Guide to Adopting AI in Software Development.”
Awards and Recognitions
Edvantis’ technical expertise, customer service, and mature delivery culture have received numerous recognitions from the leading reviewing platforms, Clutch, G2, and DesignRush.
Clutch honored us with the Clutch Champion and Clutch Global (Spring and Fall 2024) award, recognizing our expertise and ability to deliver. As a double award recipient, we made the Clutch A-list! This is our third dual recognition following our Clutch Champion and Global Award in fall 2023. Additionally, we received 78 Clutch badges, celebrating our:
- Industry impact on Medical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Finance, and Education industries
- Technical experience in Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, BI, Big Data, Systems Integrations, Chatbot development, and ERP consulting
- Knowledge of in-demand technologies like Node.js, Vue.js, Laravel, C++, Ruby on Rails, Angular, Golang, MongoDB, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP
G2 has included us in their Software Developer Grid four times this year: in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Edvantis achieved Leader status, which indicates high user and proficiency ratings.
We were listed as one of the top companies on DesignRush’s lists, recognizing our expertise in IT consultancy, IT Services, Data Science, and other areas. Finally, tech reviewer.co named our teams the best software developers in the USA.
In October 2024, Edvantis became an Authorized UiPath Partner, showcasing its expertise in delivering advanced robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. This partnership enables Edvantis to collaborate with UiPath to provide innovative automation tools that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation for businesses.
Charity
Every business can make a difference in the world if it gives back to its communities. For Edvantis, our mission is to help Ukrainian kids get through turbulent times and aid the Ukrainian army in building a safer tomorrow.
In 2024, we partnered with the 3D Charity Center to raise funds for children. Together, we collected over 170,000 UAH to support the “Lego City” children’s camp. Due to our long-term support of 3D Center’s initiatives, we received a letter of appreciation from the organization.
We prioritize helping Ukraine fight the Russian occupiers. Since 2022, the Edvantis team has raised $1.3M to support Ukrainian defenders. Our most prominent donations of 2024 include the Electronic warfare “Boombox” and the drone Vampire.
A proud moment for us is our partnership with Veteran Hub, through which we will adapt our policies and processes to support veterans returning to civilian careers.
Strategic Directions (and Future Plans)
Our efforts in 2024 built a strong foundation for expanding technology expertise and strengthening our service offerings. For instance, we welcomed two core members to our management team: Vasyl Mukhar, our Technical Director, and Roman Dovhan, our Chief Strategy Officer.
In 2024, we launched critical offerings and expertise including Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Development. Additionally, we began exploring AI-assisted software development services to accelerate the SDLC and improve developer productivity.
We are currently working on several other service offerings to streamline our clients’ digital transformations (no spoilers yet, so keep up with our website!).
Looking ahead, our AI vision for 2025 focuses on integrating advanced technologies, such as GitHub Copilot, to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Our ongoing work on an AI-powered knowledge base aims to create centralized, dynamic hubs for improved collaboration and knowledge sharing. Strengthening partnerships, including our collaboration with UiPath, will allow us to leverage AI-enhanced RPA capabilities for more complex workflows and faster, more accurate results.
Plans for 2025 are already on paper, and we are crossing our fingers that they will all come true. Now all that’s left is to enjoy holidays, spend time with family and friends, and be thankful for the year that’s gone and hopeful for the one that’s to come.
Happy New Year!
