Berlin, Germany – August 15, 2022 – Edvantis GmbH was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 19th Annual International Business Awards® today.
About 2022 Stevie Award
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2022 IBAs received entries from organizations in 67 nations and territories.
Winners will be celebrated during a gala banquet at the InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel, in London, England, on Saturday, October 15 – the first live IBA awards ceremony since 2019.
In total, more than 3700 nominations were submitted by organizations of all sizes and industries. Some categories included:

- Marketing Campaign of the Year
- Best New Product or Service of the Year
- Startup of the Year
- Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year
- Executive of the Year
- Customer Service Department of the Year
Additionally, the competition offered new categories in recognition of thought leadership and social media accomplishments.
Edvantis’ Nomination
Edvantis won Silver Stevie Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category for the computer services industry.
Judges commended Edvantis for our evident customer focus, competitive case studies, and excellent service delivery. They highlighted CSAT scores that remained high from quarter to quarter and even reached 100% at the beginning of 2022.

Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 300 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process in June and July.
